Today was the Blackball AGM and as usual the turnout was very poor but decisions had to and were made. I will type up the minutes and post in due course but for now I will list the main points are as we do need to know who is continuing to play or interested in playing this coming season.
Maria Lewis - Chairperson/County Manager
Daniel Marshall - Treasurer
Stuart Douglas - A team manager/captain
Ben Marshall - B team manager/ captain
Lisa Reynolds - Ladies manager/ captain
Seniors and Masters to be decided
Mike Chappell - Tournament Director
All of the above make up the Committee with Wenda 'Wenzo' Hooton and Colin Thomas as player representatives.

There will be no B2 team, the B team will have a minimum of 16 players

Q-Academy in Newport Pagnell was unanimously voted as the home venue - both Maria Lewis and Mike Chappell did note vote due to a conflict of interest.

Region has reverted back to:
Bucks
Berks
West Berks
Hampshire
Oxfordshire
Worcestershire (no ladies team)

Dates of Matches - please make a note

7th May
4th June
9th July
6th Aug
3rd Sept
8th Oct
19th Nov
3rd Dec
7th Jan

Trials is scheduled for 19th March at the Herald and is being sorted by Tournament Director Mike Chappell and Team Managers.

This year we will be focussing not just on the winning but becoming a solid squad and commitment.

Please can you make it known if you will be playing or wanting to play.

It was text out bout 4 times over the last 6 weeks

I've posted these on here as I'm trying to get County Blackball back using the site

Fixtures are out: CLICKY

No doubt there will be changes to these. The committee will advise of any changes in this thread.

So masters dates are all different to the rest!
Guess not many masters will be playing A or B team?
Consciousness : that annoying time between naps.
