To the untrained eye Bucks8Ball.com may look like a bunch of daft pool players talking rubbish all day long. But dig beneath the surface and you find our users have a vast array of talents. Who can forget the goal feast served up by the Buck8Ball F.C (OK, we lost 10-6 but we were robbed)? The latest B8B foray into other activities saw a team entered into the RedHotPawn.com chess league.

Going into Division 3 our motley crew of talented pawn pushers (and Keyring) were aiming to put up a good show and possibly snatch a promotion. Instead we swatted aside all-comers and romped to the title. We finished 20pts clear of the second place team who boasted one of the site?s elite players on their top board. In line with that other fine gentlemen?s pastime ? Cricket ? our small team representing an English County smashed up Scotland (they finished a distant 3rd). With the sites other active representative team about to win their division in the MK City Snooker League, who knows where the quest for success will lead our multi-talented site users next?
