who won last night to take on the pissheads?
You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 today and we don't know where the hell she is

Surely you all watched it on shed cam (with great interest) ?

Well, it was a close fought battle.

Seniles took the early lead in the first triples game.

Shangers fought back with a course record 39 in the scotch golf.

Seniles won the next doubles.

But Shangers started too well in the bowls (spare, strike, strike, spare) to be caught, take two points and their first lead.

The Shangers followed this with the next doubles to got 4-2 up. Applying the pressure.

But Jody's head went a bit in the speed pool giving the seniles a 26 second advantage going into the team effort.
Seniles banged in a 1:13 meaning the Shangers had to beat 47 seconds. They got very close, if Dog hadn't have tripped over Jody's elbow they might have just done it, But a 1:03 just wasn't fast enough and the seniles pinched this one by just 16 seconds overall....

The seniles then pinched the next doubles with a little help from an unfortunate foul from Jody....

So it stood 4-4 before the three point killer final match.

Ken and Dog did well at the start hanging on to 4 cards each for quite a while, Ken stitched up Dave a few times on route :)

Dave and Myself were down to 1 card each before long with Jody and Stu on 2 each. Then somehow Dog got mega stitched up and lost all 4 cards in quick succession and was first to go out. Meaning the Seniles had to hang on dearly to keep their hopes up that Jody or Stu would lose their last 2 cards before long.

Stu pulled off some lovely cuts to rescue his team a few times . I had a hit and hope late on to keep our hopes going, I few chances went bagging, but eventual we had Jody on 1 and Stu on 1 with Ken still on 2 cards. But Stu's luck ran out and Seniles got the extra point we needed to go through to the next round of the knockout.

See you next Thursday P1ssed and Useless :)

Great match last night guys. really enjoyed it. good luck in the final.

Gotta say that's the first time I've seen mr clavey spit his dummy out. After scoring a duck on the bowling he decided to start kung fu fighting with the settee. that did make me chuckle *chuckle*
